Carpet Care
- Scheduled vacuuming (included in nightly cleaning contracts)
- Interim carpet cleaning: low-moisture encapsulation or dry compound methods
- Spot and stain treatment, documented per visit
- Hot water extraction (deep cleaning) on a periodic basis — typically quarterly or semi-annually
Hard Floor Care
- Sweeping and dust-mopping
- Wet mopping with appropriate floor-specific solution
- Machine scrubbing for vinyl composition tile (VCT) and similar surfaces
- Stripping and waxing on a scheduled basis
- Buffing / burnishing between strip-and-wax cycles
Documentation
Every floor care visit is logged with date, method used, and any notable conditions. This documentation is available to building management and can be shared with property managers who require maintenance records.
Stand-Alone or Combined
Floor care can be added to an existing nightly cleaning contract or managed as a separate periodic service. If you already have a nightly cleaning contractor and only need floor care, we can take that on independently.
