Insured, Bonded and 22 Years Serving Circle Pines

Coverage, bonding, and what it means in practice for your office.

We carry general liability insurance appropriate for commercial cleaning operations in Minnesota. A certificate of insurance is included with every written quote and can be sent directly to your property management company or building owner on request.

General Liability Insurance

Our general liability policy covers property damage and bodily injury arising from our cleaning operations. If something in your office is damaged during a scheduled clean, our policy is the mechanism that handles the claim — not a negotiation between you and our crew. We document crew assignment and access on every visit so the chain of custody is clear if a claim is ever needed.

Workers' Compensation

Our crew members are covered by workers' compensation insurance. This matters to you because it means a crew member injured on your property during a clean is covered by our policy, not by a claim against yours.

Bonded Staff

Staff who work in your building are bonded. Bonding is a form of insurance that protects clients in the event of theft by a cleaning employee. It's not a guarantee that nothing will ever go wrong, but it is a contractual mechanism for recourse if it does.

What "Insured and Bonded" Actually Means

In the cleaning industry, the phrase is sometimes used loosely. Here's what it means in concrete terms: general liability insurance pays for property damage or injury that we cause. Workers' comp covers our employees if they're hurt. Bonding covers you if an employee steals. All three are in place. You can verify each with a certificate.

22 Years in Business

Carrying proper coverage for 22 years is itself a signal. Underinsured contractors tend not to last. The fact that we've operated continuously for over two decades means we've maintained coverage through multiple insurance cycles, rate increases, and claims environments. That's the practical value of tenure alongside the credentials.
