What Affects the Price

How We Price
We quote a flat monthly figure, not an hourly rate. You know what you're paying on the first of the month, and it doesn't change unless the scope changes. Scope changes — adding restrooms, expanding to a new floor, changing frequency — are agreed in writing before they take effect.
