What We Do
We clean commercial office spaces: professional services firms, medical-adjacent tenants, light industrial offices, multi-tenant buildings, and single-tenant spaces from 1,500 to 30,000 square feet. Our three service lines — nightly office cleaning, conference room and breakroom service, and office carpet and floor care — can be contracted separately or bundled into a single monthly agreement.

We write the scope first — what gets cleaned, how often, by which method, with which products — before you sign anything. If the scope needs adjusting after the first visit, we adjust it in writing. You always know what you're paying for.
